  Away from mass tourism: Finca Puerta de Alcalá: Green Oasis
  La Finca Puerta de Alcalá, VIP-Finca, south west of tenerife , in our family property, is situated close the traditional fishing village "Alcalá" at the western coast of Tenerife at 130m altitude.
  The Plot size of Finca Puerta de Alcalá more than 10.500 sqm and offers from all places a magnificent view (180°) to the see /atlantic /La Gomera. No neighbors .
  To the original fishing village Alcalá it is about 10 minutes of footpath (approx. 1 km).
  6 residential units (of these, business is not rented, is reserved for the owner).

  130m over see-level, important in wintertime, because 0,6 degree colder when 100m higher.
  
  

  The Finca is equipped with Broadband Internet access and WLAN, a heatable common swimming pool (chlorine-free), a sand beach with sand from desert Sahara, all water is supplied by a natural spring, a private bar with draft beer and filtered spring water from the tap, a romantic wine bodega, a barbecue grill, and much more.

  The Organic garden is well maintained and includes a banana plantation, grape-vine, mango trees, papaya, passion fruit, pineapple, fig trees, and much more. In a separate area we keep 6 chickens (no rooster) providing eggs and about 70 lovely white doves.
  
  The finca is completely surrounded by a wall. The visibility is not hampered, because the property has a hillside to the sea. The entrance gate is electrically operated and can be easily operated with a radio transmitter.
