Uvi is an additional bedroom with bathroom ensuite and a small additional kitchen and may be rented together with Studio Parlour.
Accomodation capabilities of Studio Parlour can easily be extended by renting Uvi (acoomodates 2 in a bedroom with own bathroom and separate small kitchen) Both share the same terrace.
The bathroom en suite is equipped with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, bath towels, towels and bathrobes. There also are Internet with Wi-Fi and satellite TV with German channels available. Before the apartment there is a covered terrace (shared with Parlour) with a dining table for up to 6 persons.
The sprawling finca offers space for retreat and exploration. If you discover ripe fruit on a tree, you are invited to taste it. Here everything is grown on a biological basis for the Finca guests.
Below the harmoniously designed pool area there is a small bar with hot and cold drinks in self-service. A shower is also part of the pool area. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available. On the grounds there is also a laundry room with washing machine.
The rental object will be cleaned before you arrive.
We can arrange cleaning during your stay, which is subject to charge.
Additional cleaning costs: 25,00 € per hour
Final cleaning fee is obligatory and will be included in the rent. On departure day You have to hand over the apartment swept clean.
A chargeable linen change during your stay is possible on request.
Additional towel change: 1 large towel, 2 small towels, 1 pool towel.
