With the new management of our rental properties we want to introduce a new company philosophy.

1. To make your stay in our holiday homes right from the start as comfortable as possible, our guests will receive on arrival:

-a bouquet of flowers
-a bottle of Canary wine
-a bottle of soda water and a bottle of still water
-a fruit basket

2. All of our units are supplied with washing-up liquid, dish cloths and toilet paper. If your stay is 14 days or longer, you will get a free cleaning and linen change every 7 days.

3. On cooler days, our pools in all of our resorts are heated with no extra charge.

4. In our resort "Montimar" we have from January this year a new house called
"Casa KIKO"
This house has a bathroom with handrails and 2 metal ramps so that you can use it with a wheelchair.

5. The indoor swimming pool at "Finca Montimar" is available for our customers the whole year 8.00 - 21.00 o'clock with no charge.

6. From December last we are working with the German car rental Witt. This car rental we have specially selected for our customers as it also takes care of the customers on Sundays and public holidays to resolve their problems. The low-cost car suppliers based here in Tenerife do not do. The contracts are already prepared, so you only sign, pay and go. You get your car quick and do not waste your holiday time waiting.

7. The SPA and Wellness at "Finca Montimar" can be booked by all our guests. More information can be obtained on arrival.

8.We offer our customers a free internet access, if needed baby bed, baby's highchair and on demand a babysitter.
